Being one of the the founders and share holder of Yay
Training Coaching and Consulting and professionally coaching Executives and
applying Organizational and Relationship systems Coaching to Teams and couples. My affection in the fields of coaching and consulting was an inevitable outcome
of my journey.
Having 22 years of corporate experience in a multinational company, in the
service sector, including several senior management responsibilities; my
resources were quite diverse in all aspects; having said this I have endeavored
to focus on progress in individuals in order to achieve goals as a group.
People get to know me, define me as an outgoing and larger-than-life individual
who is an outdoor enthusiast with even greater affection in personal development
programs of all sorts. I am happily married and father of 2, who happens to be
enjoying the renaissance period of his life thanks to the recent coaching
experiences.
Horse Dream is a powerful experience that unlocks your personal strengths and
develops your leadership, team, and communication skills while increasing your
awareness and stimulating your creativity. Our horse partners makes Leadership
Equine Assisted Development unique and unlike other experiential activities. the
horses provide participants a real-life mirror of thoughts, emotions, and
physical behaviors that may not be in their consciousness.
