EAHAE 6th Annual
Conference 2010, October 8th-10th,
Windsor, UK
We are very
excited to confirm the EAHAE 2010 conference will be held in the
UK on 8th, 9th and 10th of October 2010. The theme will be "New
Learning from Ancient Wisdom". It is our intention to push the
boundaries of our learning to help support stepping out of our
comfort zone.
Friday we will have a welcome reception from 19:00 - 21:00.
Saturday will be a full day of presentations, discussions and
horse demonstration. We will start at 09:00 finish at 18:00 and
have a special event in the evening.
Sunday we will have another full day of activities and finish at
16:00 to allow people to travel home.
There will be pre. and post conference workshops, more news of
this when the events are confirmed. We will have a specific
website www.EAHAE-2010.com, which will hold all information
relevant to the conference.

Venue
The conference will be
held at Beaumont House in Windsor. For more details see click
here .
Beaumont House is only 20 minutes taxi from Heathrow Airport, 40
minutes drive from Gatwick and Luton airports or 90 minutes from
Stansted Airport. All these airports have easy links to
Heathrow.
Windsor Is a very pretty and convenient area if you are planning
a holiday. It is just 25 minutes from London by train. You can

Cost
We understand these are challenging times financially and we
have tried to make this conference as cost effective as
possible. The 3 options available are :-
The cost of the conference includes Friday night dinner,
Saturday Lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch and dinner. All tea,
coffee and water. If you choose to stay at Beaumont house it
also includes full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
Conference only £320+VAT (currently 15%) per person
(approximately €352+VAT)
Conference and shared occupancy £410+VAT per person
(approximately €451+VAT)
Conference and single occupancy £470+VAT per person
(approximately €517+VAT)
An early-bird discount is available at £30 per person in you
book and pay before August 2010
Payment plans -
attend the conference for just £27.79 per month
We have created a payment plan for those looking to spread the
cost of attending the conference the plan depends on when you
start payment and the package you are choosing. If you start now
you also get the early bird discount.
For example if you choose to stay in shared occupancy the total
cost would be £471.50, with early bird discount this becomes
£437.00. If you start payment in October this will equate to a
monthly payment of just £36.41.
We accept credit cards, Paypal, cheques and Bank transfers so it
really is a very easy way to attend.
